Is my progress backed up?
Yes. Your progress, statistics, and achievements sync across your devices through iCloud when you're signed in to the same Apple Account. Make sure iCloud Drive is enabled in Settings.
I bought "Remove Ads" but still see ads — or I'm on a new device.
Open Settings inside SortFlow and tap Restore Purchases. Your one-time Remove Ads purchase is tied to your Apple Account and restores for free.
How do daily streaks work?
Play any mode each day to keep your streak alive — it rolls over at your local midnight. Streak freezes can protect a day you miss, and you earn one for every seven-day streak (or buy them in the app).
How do I reset my progress?
There's no in-app reset to protect you from losing progress by accident. If you need a full reset, email us and we'll walk you through it.
Is the app free?
SortFlow is free to play with optional ads. A one-time Remove Ads purchase removes them; there are no subscriptions.
